Marma Therapy
Marma therapy helps in healing the physical, psychological and subtle or energetic body. Marmas are centers for the vital-force or Prana, the master power or energy behind both physical and psychological processes. Through manipulation of marmas, Prana can be directed to remove blockages, improve energy flow or tap hidden energy reserves. Marmas connect to the nadis (subtle nerves) and chakras (energy centers) of the subtle body and the mind. They govern the interface between the physical and subtle (pranic) bodies and the interchange of energy and information between them. Marma therapy is a very powerful aspect of Ayurveda and helps in the treatment of the entire spectrum of health issues, both major and minor.
Charges: $120/- for an appointment which is about an hour long.
