Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapists assess client needs, establish goals and help develop a practice and adapt a specific yoga regimen to meet these goals. There is an adaptation of asanas (postures), breathwork (pranayama) and sequence of postures to aid in the healing of the body, mind and spirit. Yoga is preventative in nature as well, fostering good health and alleviating many physical and mental conditions. Not only does it improve common health conditions, it can help with natural processes like menopause or pregnancy and with stress, anxiety and depression. The consultation also incorporates overall lifestyle recommendations.
Charges: $120/- for the first 1.5 hour appointment
Follow up charges depend on how many classes are purchased.
